Terms & Conditions

The prices displayed on the website are net prices. A commission is not deductible from these prices. The full payment is required for any booking. After confirmation, you will be given an option date. Until this date, you will have to make 30% of payment for final confirmation. If payment has not been made until this date, your booking reservation will be cancelled. The balance will have to be paid 7 days prior to commencement of services. The rates are quoted in US Dollars and in EURO. When you become a member of, we will ask you which type of currency you want to use and after that you will be only allowed to use the currency you have chosen. You can either pay at the end of each booking, or you can make pre-payment to get a credit. We will invoice you the total amount including VAT tax in effect at present. We are not responsible for additional credit card fees or discrepancies assessed by you or your client's local bank.

RESPONSIBILITY answers for the quality of services as mentioned in the website and the good course of your trip, but assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay that may be caused by events not within our control (fortuitous cases and force majeure), including without limitation, natural disasters, epidemics, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, the negligence or default of any third party.

Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered. However full balances are required 1 month prior to commencement of services. Terms of cancellation will be advised at the time of signature of the contract.

Amendments made to an existing booking are not subject to any fees.

Up to 3 days prior to commencement of services there is no cancellation fee. Within 3 days prior to commencement of services there is a 30% penalty. In case of cancellation after the day of arrival, 100% will be charged. In case of cancellation the difference or the total amount of your payment will be refunded immediately.

Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and other services not taken.

A voucher covering the services you have purchased for your client could & should be printed by you via our system and delivered to the clients. Further travel documents (domestic flight ticket, brochures, maps etc…) will be presented upon your client's arrival in Turkey.

Ground transportation is provided in accordance with the itinerary by private car, van, minibus, midibus or motor coach depending on the size of your client's traveling party.

Hotels are listed in the applicable section of our Website. Unless otherwise specified, all rooms are "run of the house." Hotels are classified by the operator using government ratings.

Description of boats and itineraries are mentioned in the programs. Itineraries may be altered in case of bad weather conditions.

During the national and local holidays, certain periods of conventions, congresses and other unforeseen events, we may have to make last minute changes (subsequent to issuance of final itinerary) in the sequence of your client's tour. Tours that operate during holiday periods may necessitate changes in hotels and sightseeing. As museums schedules change, other visits may be substituted on days museums are closed.

For each program what is included or not included in the tour rates is stated below the rate chart.

The airlines concerned and their agents and employees are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. The airline passenger tickets when issued shall be the sole contracts between airline and passenger/ buyer of these tickets.

As our accident insurance policy concerns the limits of risk only according to the Turkeys' norms, health, accident, luggage and trip-interruption insurance are strongly recommended.
